3: Hydraulic component is made up of high dynamic scale valve;
the motion of the key component is precisely controlled;
4: The machine body is constructed with ultra large steel
and special welding technology, is of high rigidity, high
impact-resistance and long life.
5: Using four-zone and elongation pilot bearing ensures precise
movement of the mold and press point, and moving parts use
joint bearings, which is convenient to be lubricated and durable.
6: Table vibrating and pressing forming, multi-shaft rotating
reciprocatory system, short forming time, high efficiency,
the density of the product is high and with precise dimension.
7: The technology is integrated by machinery, electric, and
hydraulic technology, each working cycle is highly synchronized,
so that the product is of high up-to- standard rate.
